Sound Bath.

If you’re not familiar with sound then rest assured you are very close to discovering absolute bliss with this sound healing meditation, A soundbath will gently guide you into a meditative state and is an effective stress management tool to support wellbeing and performance.

Visually the gong and crystal singing bowls are a joy,  the sounds will activate the parasympathetic nervous system aka the ‘rest and digest’ state, helping the body to release tension.  You are certain to leave this session feeling relaxed, restored, centred, grounded, clear minded and ready for the rest of your day or evening.

Our Breath, Our Body, Our Brain - How to Adapt these 3 things to Live Our Best Life.

Come join our health & wellness expert and be part of an interactive workshop which focuses on improving the most important functions of our body and mind.

The practitioner encourages 3 main areas: Firstly, the importance of deep, conscious breaths. These breathing techniques are important in balancing our nervous system and keep us calm in stressful times. They also keep us productive, creative and focused throughout the day.

Next, the importance of movement. You will be shown the most important exercises that stretch and strengthen the neck, shoulders, spine and hips.These poses boost our mood, reduce aches and pains and increase energy levels. 

Finally we will focus on the mind and in particular, discuss the ways that the mind sabotages us. We will then explore techniques to overcome it with tools such as gratitude, visualisation and mindfulness.

Control Room of the Mind.

Within all of us we have the power to access ways to heal ourselves.  Take a moment with us as we safely guide you into a meditation to take you to your very own control room of the mind.  Here you will visualise, feel and sense any changes or adjustments you would like to make for your body and mind's functions.

Maybe you will discover the lever to control anxiety levels, fear of failure, lack of sleep or sense of peace and contentment.  You will find all of the controls here, visually who knows what that will look like until you enter.

The great thing is, you can come back to this place time and time again, whenever you may feel the controls need adjusting once more - managing your mind more effectively and feeling a sense of regaining control wash over you.

Shiatsu Massage.

Our masseuses will use these gentle techniques to reduce tension and re energise the body. Shiatsu works with the body's energy flow, known as Ki or Qi (pronounced chee). It uses acupressure to release tension and bring balance to the body. 

Come and take a moment to yourself, this therapy helps with poor posture, any joint problems such as Arthritis and is great for easing anxiety & depression and reducing tension and pain.

Psychological Safety for Organisations.

Psychological safety describes an environment where people feel able to express themselves without fear that others will think less of them. In the workplace, that translates to employees feeling comfortable speaking up - whether they're sharing ideas, asking questions, expressing concerns or acknowledging mistakes.
